The menu at Wally’s Beverly Hills reflects a French Provence based cuisine, with flavors and spicing that will infuse it with a local California flair. Chef David Feau excels at creating classic flavor profiles plated in a modern fashion. In short: French cuisine done the Wally’s way. Special tastings and events are a hallmark of Wally’s, with three of them now fixtures on the schedule of the Southern California wine community: The Union des Grands Crus Bordeaux Tasting each January, our Napa/Sonoma All-Stars Tasting in April and the elegant Grande Marque Champagne Tasting in June, which has raised over $1 million for charities during its 22-year history.
Wally’s Vinoteca now provides us with the perfect vehicle to stage more intimate and educational wine, spirit, beer and specialty food events on a more frequent basis. A private dining area that seats up to 22 persons will be the perfect venue for Wally’s unique wine dinners. This private dining room will be available for you to procure for your own lunch, dinner or celebratory events as well.

Carl Roberts, head of Wally’s Beverly Hills Bar Team, has collaborated with Ryan January, Wally’s spirits buyer, to feature items exclusive to Wally’s. These include Knob Creek Single Barrel 11-year, Herradura Double Cask Reposado, and Bernheim 7-year Wheat Whiskey… flagship brands that Carl incorporates into his new menu of Wally’s Signature Cocktails. And the cocktail catalogue is not the final word. You may select any bottle you desire from our eye-popping, full-stocked spirits room and Carl and his team will use it for your favorite drink, serving it with the ebullient esprit for which our bartenders are famous.
Our “PDR” (private dining room) has also become a coveted element of the Wally’s Beverly Hills experience. Expertly tailored for a variety of occasions, our “PDR” has the flexibility to comfortably stage affairs, be it a corporate wine tasting, graduation party or birthday dinner. The room also provides an oasis within which you can enjoy an intimate dinner with friends and family. Chef David Feau enjoys designing distinctive multi-course menus with wine pairings specially selected by Wine Director, Matthew Turner.
The Cheese Box is not slowing down for summer. Our Farmers’ Markets are going strong with thrilling themes every Saturday, including ‘Champagne & Truffles’, ‘Rosé Saturday’ the third weekend of every month, and ‘California Love’ wines, accompanied by a unique assortment of cheeses and artisanal gourmet goods from neighborhood vendors.
